What is Easyinsmile’s return process?

Most items within Product Warranty can be returned for either a refund or for a replacement of the same item or another similar product as Return Policy.

The RMA Process & Three Easy Steps:

1. Get RMA Authorization after you submit a RMA request by visiting RMA request in My Account.
RMA request should include the below information: Order ID, SKU, the reason of sending back and post images, choose replacement or refund money and other your related concern.
2. Ship the return goods after you get the RMA authorization.
Once you ship return goods, please note the return item must be with original packing, accessories and shipping address from Focalprice.com customer service center together with RMA authorization.

3. Get the replacement or Refund.
Easyinsmile.com will arrange for resend or refund upon receiving your return package within 1-3 business days.

Can I return products without requesting RMA?

We propose that you do not do it that way.
If you do so, you need to bear the return shipping cost even if it meets the requirement for return. Moreover, it will take at least one more week to process your return package than those with a RMA No. Please comply with our RMA process. Easyinsmile.com service center will focus on your question.

How do I acquire a Return Merchandise Authorization?

Return Merchandise Authorization is only for the product within product warranty. Once you need to return one item, please submit your RMA request firstly by visiting RMA request in My Account. Then Focalprice.com customer service center will give your feedback within 24 hours. You can review the message in My Account from Focalprice.com any time.

On what kind of occasions can I submit a RMA request?

1. There’s time limit for submitting a RMA request:
 -For order missing (whole or partial), wrong (wrong Item number, color etc.) and product cosmetic defect issue, the RMA request should be submitted within 45 days as of shipping date . You can find the shipping date via the following route: log on www.Easyinsmile.com  My Account=> sign in=>click  to “Order List”
 
 -For CRA(customer return authorization), please submit RMA request within 45 days as of shipping date. Customer should guarantee that product and accessories are all included and in good and equal to new condition. Moreover, customer will incur the return shipping cost.
 
 -For functional defect, please submit RMA request within the 45 days as of shipping date. 

2. RMA request will be rejected for the following reasons:

-Validity period for RMA request is expired.

Validity period details are as follows:
- The damage is customer induced damage (CID) which includes but not limited to damage caused by insufficient, incorrect or forceful operation of the product, by failure to observe the operating instructions, by overloading, by chemical or electrolytic action, by the use of spare parts from an outside source, or by any event of force majeure.
-The product is not sold by Easyinsmile

Can I submit a RMA request if the whole order has not been received?

Our RMA system are applicable when your products are not received for over 30 days (as from delivery date) or your orders have been received but there are product missing, wrong item or damaged issues. If it’s still within the estimated time of arrival (ETA), please contact us by “My Message” in My Account.

Do I need to pay for shipping cost for RMA return?

Yes. Since we have not charged customer for any shipping fee when delivering the cargo, customer needs to incur the return shipping cost.

How about the shipping cost for returns?

The shipping back fees depend on your local post. You can inquire the international freight cost in local post office .Here is some example:


Is it necessary to return each individual accessory when I send in a return?

Yes. All original equipment, components, manuals, cables, documents and packaging must be returned with your item. Focalprice.com cannot charge the manufacturer with RMA returns that are incomplete. In most cases, items sent in for RMA replacement will be replaced with a full item set, including accessories. Please return all accessories with your RMA returns.

What should I include with my RMA in the package?

Shipping address, RMA number is necessary.
What address should I send my return to?
Shipping address will be offered with RMA Authorization from Focalprice.com customer service center. You can review it by visiting "My Message" in My Account anytime.

Is it necessary to offer tracking number for the returned products?

Yes, it is necessary to track the returned product due to internationally shipping. Focalprice.com won’t take the responsibility of missing returns shipment.
How can I receive the refund?
Due to all of the payment through PayPal, well refund your payment to your PayPal. It will be processed within 1-3 business days when the case is clear, and you will receive a PayPal confirmed E-mail then.
