We have a strict testing process to ensure that your ordered products are functionally correct before they are packed and sent to you. This is in addition to the normal quality assurance checks that all the goods have passed in the factory line.

Delivery date here means the shipping date which you can find from your "Order List".

Other products are covered by 14 days WARRANTY for refund or replacement.6 months warranty for repair os of delivery date.

Please read the following after-sales terms first so as to better under EasyinSmile warranty:

1.Missing Item
      Items missed completely or partially from an order

2.Cosmetic Damage
      Physical damage on products surface or shell

3.Wrong Product Received
      Product that is completely different from FocalPrice web description

4.   Verified Functional Failure
       Failure that makes the device unable to use, repairing of which needs to change board, screen or reset   cables etc.

5.  Customer Induced Damage
      Damage caused by customers incorrect operation or insufficient protection, including but not limited to screen broken, moisture, scratch, rust etc.

6.  (Defect) Can Not Duplicate
      Product is claimed as defective by customers. But it is tested as "No Defect" by FocalPrice engineer upon  receiving.

7.  Out Of Warranty
      Product that exceeds the warranty period

8.  Non-Authorization Return
     Customer returns the products without FocalPrice authorization (RMA Approval)

9. Warranty Period
A period which is defined as “From the shipping date (on Easyinsmile web) to the RMA application date”.



1.RMA request for "missing"," cosmetic damage" and "wrong product received" should be submitted within 90 days as of order delivery date. Otherwise the RMA request will not be processed.

2.If the returned products cannot be repaired due to the serious damage or defects, FocalPrice will only send back customers the original defective items.

3.Please check the products carefully when you just received the parcel. Please inform us immediately when you find something abnormal

4.Please keep in touch with us before your RMA Request is resolved. Once the RMA application has not been updated more than two months, we will regard it as being given up on customers’ own initiative and the case will be closed automatically. 
5.You order products in Easyinsmile.com. Product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages; the products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements; and the products may not conform to destination country voltage and other electrical standards, and that the adapters and other standards are correct for your country.
